These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Wooltide. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Wooltide. You can reach us at bryanandroid26@gmail.com.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when we send you the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if the item is out of stock, if a price was listed in obvious error, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed your order. Payment is taken at checkout.

4. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens, and dimensions may vary slightly between production runs. If what arrives is not what you expected, our returns policy covers you.

5. Safe use

Our textiles are household items, not protective equipment. Follow the washing instructions on the label. Keep packaging away from small children.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your account and your data

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or to copy our text and photographs for another store.

9. Intellectual property

The Wooltide name, the site design and our own text and photography belong to us. Product photographs supplied by manufacturers remain theirs.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
